Personal Data Protection Clarification Text Information

In Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, personal data owners, who are defined as the relevant person in the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data "to learn whether his/her personal data has been processed, to request information if his/her personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing his/her personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom his/her personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction of his/her personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, to object to the occurrence of a result against it by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, to request the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data " rights have been recognized.

Within the framework of these rights, the data subject is required to submit his/her requests to the data controller regarding the implementation of the Law in writing or by other methods to be determined by the Board. For written applications to be made in writing, we kindly request that the application be made to us via the communication channels specified below by printing out the form in the Annex.

For written applications, the date on which the document is notified to the data controller is the date of application. 

In the event that the personal data owner submits his/her application to us in accordance with the procedure, the relevant request will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
